Ingredients:

* 3 salmon filets

Tocino Marinade:

* ¾ cup pineapple juice

* ⅓ cup brown sugar

* 6 cloves garlic, diced

* 1 tablespoon black pepper

* 1 tablespoon soy sauce

* 2 tablespoon white vinegar

* 5 drops red food coloring (optional)

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, whisk together all marinade ingredients.

2. Submerge salmon in the marinade and refrigerate overnight for best flavor.

3. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Place salmon on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.

4. Meanwhile, pour the marinade into a pan and simmer until thickened into a glaze.

5. Halfway through baking, baste salmon with the glaze. Then, broil for 2-3 minutes until caramelized.

6. Serve and enjoy!
